General Jackson cares about the safety of all of our guests. Our boat is up to date on all safety regulations and is regularly inspected. Our crew is up to date on the latest safety procedures and regulations for water travel.
Safety Policies
- All carry on items may be subjected to search, including purses, baggage, etc.
- All passengers may be subjected to search by our personnel.
- We will immediately remove all unattended items left on board.
Gun Policy
No guns permitted on board. Ask to see the Captain for any exceptions.
Before Boarding
Our captain will give a security briefing before allowing any passengers to board the General Jackson. Please listen carefully, and let a crew member know if you have any questions or concerns.
